Prodem Construction had been into various hotel projects including turn key contracts. On the other hand our offices in Turkey and abroad have been providing for long years construction materials, hotel furniture and equipments to hotels around the world. Our other companies in the group are providing consultancy services for hotels and spas.

With all these experiences Ultimate Property has developped and is carrying on two hotel investment projects. LS Hotels Luxury Small which aims to develop a pioneering concept in urban hospitality and Banaz Thermal Premium which aims to set up new standards in thermal hotel management.
